DigitalFoto CINETREE Introduced – Versatile Gear Tree with Up to 25kg Payload
At IBC 2024 we paid a visit to DigitalFoto’s booth and had a friendly talk with Malcolm Modele about their latest product – the DigitalFoto CINETREE. This versatile product comes as a complete set aiming to cater to the needs of content creators, those working in tight spaces, or those looking to make “things” on set a bit easier when it comes to functionality. So let’s dive into it.
DigitalFoto is a Chinese-based company that specializes in producing a range of accessories and products for filmmakers and photographers alike, including LED light fixtures, batteries, camera stabilizers, and gimbal support vests, to name a few. The CINETREE Gear Tree is their latest offering and it seems to be a rather unique product. (We have seen some tree gear products before, but to the best of my knowledge, this one seems to be the most comprehensive solution so far).
At the heart of this product is a single tripod stand that can go as high as 221 cm/7.3 inches. (The minimum working height is 119.5 cm/3.9 inches). Top this with braked swivel caster wheels, a laptop board, a VESA monitor mount, three pistol-style grip sliding arms next to an extension pole, and a “super clamp”, and you might have a winner here. (An empty sandbag is also included in the kit).
The net weight of the entire CINETREE is 16 kg/32 lb and it can support loads up to 25 kg/55 lb.
Price and availability
The DigitalFoto CINETREE can already be found at B&H for $660.
